You also understand and agree that the Service may include certain communications from dwebguide.com, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the dwebguide.com newsletter, and that these communications are considered part of the Service. It is currently FREE to list a site with dwebguide.com. This may change at a later date; all listers will be notified at that time and, s long as your details are correct, you will be notified.

1. I understand that there is no guarantee that my site will be added to the directory.

2. I understand that dwebguide.com editors, in their sole and final judgment, shall determine the suitability, placement, title and description of all sites listed in the dwebguide.com Directory.

3. The site I'm suggesting is in the English language, contains substantively unique content, does not contain sexually explicit material, and does not already appear in the dwebguide.com directory.

4. The site I'm suggesting is up and running 24/7, is not under construction, and can support multiple browsers and capabilities.
